Ideate

Every project begins with the empathize phase, where I deeply research and analyze the needs, behaviors, and expectations of users. This allows me to understand the context and establish a real connection with people to identify their problems and motivations.

In the define stage, I synthesize the information gathered during the research to create a clear problem statement. This helps me focus on the most critical aspects of the challenge and establish an approach aligned with the client’s objectives.

The ideation phase is where I generate multiple creative concepts. Through techniques like brainstorming and mind mapping, I explore innovative solutions that address user needs while keeping feasibility and impact as priorities.

Prototype

Test

In this stage, I transform selected ideas into tangible prototypes, whether they are sketches, physical models, or digital interfaces. Prototypes allow for quick exploration and visualization of solutions, fostering iterations based on concrete results.

Finally, I test the prototypes with real users to gather valuable feedback. This process ensures the solutions are functional and effective, allowing for adjustments to continually improve and deliver a product that meets the client’s expectations.
